Each Member of 4, New Square, and their rogue lawyers, to be imprisoned

Since 2008, each Member of 4, New Square, their racist clerks, and each of their rogue lawyers (each partner of Farrer & Co, Nathan Donaldson and each partner at his firms, John Bowers QC, Richard Leiper of 11 KBW), has been concealing key evidence, including "briefing notes" (admitted by Bernard Livesey QC to have been concealed), 21.01.14 (and ors) emails with UNUM's rogue solicitor, Chris Burdett of Clyde & Co, advice of their rogue lawyers on the issues of their fraud, and acting in Contempt of Court. Each are due to be imprisoned for a very, very long time.

Equality Act Questionnaires have been served, but each have been dishonest / evasive / failed to answer the key issues, including Mr Justice Stuart-Smith / each R's perjured evidence that he was "certainly" appointed EDO (Race Officer) for many years before the 2008 ET claim, when in fact no Member ever appointed him EDO and they had knowingly breached the Bar Council's mandatory requirement to appoint a known EDO Member and to report who it was each year to the Bar Council - they concealed their correspondence with the Bar Council, and the fact they had only reported Lizzy Wiseman (the racist dishonest clerk, having extramarital affairs behind her husband's back) was EDO from 22.02.06.

Some of the perjured evidence includes that of:

a.     Each Respondent in the Race Questionnaire that:

i.    Clerk Lizzy Wiseman was EDO from @2001 to 2005. 

ii.    Jeremy Stuart-Smith was EDO between 2005 and 2009.

b.    Ms Wiseman in her verified statement “I was appointed [EDO] for Chambers in about 2001…I was subsequently replaced by [JSS] until he became Head of Chambers”.

c.     Mr Stuart-Smith in his verified statement “In about early 2005 I was asked to take over from Lizzy Wiseman the role of equality and diversity officer for chambers. I accepted and, although I had previously had training at 2TG, undertook training organised by the Bar Council which took place in Gray’s Inn on a date which I cannot now remember”.

d.    Mr Stuart-Smith on 06.11.09 under oath “I became equality officer some time in 2005, I am not sure the exact date, and I believe that I retained that position until I became Head of Chambers at the beginning of 2009, when I passed the role to Clare Dixon and Nicholas Davidson…I can tell you why I believe that I was equality officer from 2005, which is that my recollection is that I was equality officer before I went onto the Executive Committee, which I went on to at the beginning or early 2006 and that is why I thought that I was equality officer in 2005, and I know that I handed over, formally, to Clare and Nicholas when I became Head of Chambers…I was certainly officer for quite a long time…I certainly remember being asked to do it, and I think I remember an email going round all of chambers, as happened when I stopped and Clare and Nicholas took over”.

e.     Each Respondent in the Counter-Schedule:

i.    “An Equal Opportunities Officer was appointed as required by the Bar Council.”

ii.    “The Respondents take these obligations extremely seriously”

iii.    “All relevant documentation has been disclosed.”

iv.    “The Chambers Equal Opportunities Officer acted in accordance with the Bar Council’s professional codes, ethics and requirements”. 

f.    Justin Fenwick in his verified statement “Certainly, during the time that I was Head of Chambers, we appointed an [EDO]”.

g.    John Powell in his verified statement on the issue of the EDO “There has been no such failure”. 

h. Roger Stewart's verified statement was silent on the issue 

Each are guilty of material non-disclosure, false representations, and concealment of evidence, by past and present members of the Bar (including Stuart-Smith J, Carr J and Soole J), and/or their legal representatives, in the context of their duties under section 188 of the Legal Services Act 2007, and the interplay with sections 2-4 of the Fraud Act 2006, and each, with their rogue lawyers, are facing imprisonment. A barrister’s and solicitor’s duties under section 188 of the Legal Services Act 2007, is absolute, so long as they continue to practice, irrespective of the context in which their duty arises, whether as litigants and/or as legal representatives.
