Racist / Dishonest UK judges - photos

Stuart-Smith J - a racist, dishonest, perjurer, acting in Contempt of Court each day since falsely swearing under oath, in 2009, that he was "certainly" appointed Equality Race Officer ("EDO") @4NewSquare Chambers in London, for many years before A's 2008 ET claim, and "formally handed over" this role to Nick Davidson QC and Clare Dixon, in 2009. But no Member ever appointed him EDO, and each have concealed key evidence from the ET in 2009, and each day since, in Contempt of Court, despite their overriding duty. In 2011, Nick Davidson QC and Clare Dixon have confirmed by email to A there was "no handover" to them in 2009, and they have "no recollection" Stuart-Smith was their alleged predecessor as EDO, proving his and each R's perjury and Contempt of Court, beyond any doubt. Bernard Livesey QC has formally admitted concealment of "briefing notes" from A and the Courts, each day since 2008, and ignored his Head of Chambers, Martin Spencer QC, to disclose them to A


Stuart-Smith J is therefore due to be imprisoned (with each R and Sue Carr J from 4, New Square & their lawyers), and with each judge who has acted in Contempt of Court / failed to address A's applications or R's fraud etc, despite their knowledge (actual / constructive) including Dr Auerbach, Slade J, Elias LJ, Richards LJ, Lewison LJ, Sales LJ, HHJ Davis, Wilkie J, Arden LJ, Briggs LJ, Cox J, Swift J, Turner J, PQBD, Master Leslie, Master of Civil Appeals, and HHJ Clarke

Due to be imprisoned for his unlawful conduct against me, for insulting Lord Woolf who advised my Counsel and I at mediation that my case against Chambers insurers, UNUM Limited was "devastatingly strong" and to make the 2 applications we did (for preliminary issue / summary judgment). In open court Roger ter Haar QC clarified to biased Wilkie J that Counsel and I had acted on Lord Woolf's advice as we perceived it, and critisised the conduct of UNUM's lawyers, Peter Hamilton of 4, Pump Court and Chris Burton of Clyde & Co, and the biased judge HHJ Davis

Carr J - dishonest / racist; in 2009 co-ordinated the false defences of 4, New Square, and their verified witness statements, and concealed data, and has acted in Contempt of Court each day since. She is due to be imprisoned

Sales LJ is due to be imprisoned, including for

(a) failing to recuse himself, in 2016, or to admit pre-hearing knowing the accused including Richard Leiper, Elias LJ, Slade J, Wilkie J (all from his ex-Chambers at 11, KBW) and R (b) acting in contempt of medical reports not put in issue by R (c) failing to inform A pre-hearing, that all her Bundles and specialist Counsel's Advice (on R's fraud) had been destroyed yet again ["quite deliberately"] (d) failing to address any key issue, or A's Skeleton, or the fraud outlined in Counsel's Advice, or the key evidence in support since 2011, or the ongoing concealment by every Member @4, New Square (e) seek the concealed data from R (and their rogue lawyers, including John Bowers QC, Richard Leiper, Farrer & Co, Nathan Donaldson of DAC / DWF / Collyer Bristow solicitors, and from each partner at DAC, RPC, Weightmans, and Penningtons solicitors - see Letters of Claim
